Whether visual merchandising or instore excellence - perfect brand awareness at the touchpoint is becoming increasingly important for brand manufacturers. The effect of targeted visual merchandising is undisputed. It ensures eye-catching presence (brand awareness) and long-term loyalty of retail partners.

At the point of sale in particular, the selection of suitable personnel is crucial. Our merchandisers guarantee the perfect visual appearance of the brand. They ensure well-maintained shelves and the placement of target group-oriented promotional materials at the touchpoint. At the same time, the merchandisers can directly reorder missing POS elements on site. This ensures that the required promotional materials are always available in the right quantity and at the right place.

The reporting of merchandising activities at the touchpoint as well as the documentation of promotion-relevant in-store data is done via our touchpoint tracking tool. It provides an overview of the number of visits made, including proof of work and image documentation. In this way, brand manufacturers always retain control over whether their POS presence is implemented exactly as they want it.

The evaluation/analysis tool is used for project analysis. Timely evaluations via Power BI show the advertising effectiveness on the one hand and the acceptance and resonance of the advertising media used with the various retail partners on the other. In combination with sell-in and sell-out data, conclusions can be drawn very quickly about the effectiveness of promotional materials and displays. The implementation rate of campaigns at the POS, visits per day and, for example, kilometer analyses are further parameters that can be displayed using the evaluation/analysis tool.
