“Concrete is what you make out of it.” The core topic was the usefulness of this hard building material for people’s needs and requirements. An open house celebrating Dyckerhoff’s impressive 150th anniversary also focused on people in terms of their relationship to the company, as employees and as neighbors of the seven plant locations, with the company’s strong regional roots. The anniversary focused on a modern appearance that, on the one hand, reflects the innovativeness of the company, which is successful all over the world, and, on the other, emphasizes the value it places on the emotional tie to “its” people. Carried out with an implementation concept comprising modular components for the “family festivities” at the strategically most important locations, suitable for the various spaces of the individual plants.
Employees and their families had the opportunity to interactively experience Dyckerhoff’s development milestones, admire them and create their own works in the “Concrete Art” theme park, and get to know product innovations. Hard material, friendly face. Ready for the anniversary.
