The legal basis for the processing of personal data when storing and selecting cookies is the safeguarding of our legitimate interests in the personalized design of our website/online offer pursuant to Art. 6 Sect 1 lit. f DS-GVO (GDPR).
- Contact per E-mail/Contact Form
The legal basis for the processing of personal data after contact by the user per e-mail/contact form is the performance of pre-contractual measures and/or the safeguarding of our legitimate interests, Art. 6 Sect 1 lit. f DS-GVO (GDPR). We require statistical information on the use of our online offer in order to make it more user-friendly, measure customer reach and conduct market research. For this purpose, we apply the web analysis tool described in this paragraph.
9.1 Google Analytics Google Analytics is provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). This analysis software is configurated in a way that it is compliant with data protection. In particular, we use Google Analytics with the additional function offered by Google for the anonymization of IP addresses. 9.2 Google Maps
This website uses the service “Google Maps”, which enables the presentation of interactive maps and the preparation of individual travel instructions. Google Maps is a map service by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043, USA (hereinafter referred to as “Google”). When you retrieve our website, which contains Google maps, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Google servers.
